Kontext 7685:033 (Grube: Pit in northwest corner of square, cut by pit Locus:7685:019)

Locus:7685:033 represents a pit located in the northwest corner of the square. It had obviously been cut by pit Locus:7685:019 and/or Locus:7685:027 .

The color of the soil is grayish-brown. The soil consistency is loose. It contains pieces of (burnt) mud-brick, bits of charcoal, small stones and only little pottery.

Note that the attribution of Fund:7685:033:005 is not completely clear. It appears to be located on the very edge of Locus:7685:033 .

The miniature cups found in 2010 and 2011 already belonged to the earlier layer that had been deposited below pit Locus:7685:033 that can be identified as a fill placed in-between wall Locus:7685:038 (west) and Locus:7685:013 (east).
