Pit Locus:7685:043 represents the continuation of pit Locus:7685:043 .
The soil brownish-black in color. The material is loose in consistency. Found were a good amount of potsherds and fragments of animal bone. Patches of ash, pieces of charcoal and bits of chalk were also noted.
The bottom of pit Locus:7685:139 is constituted by a relatively hard yellowish layer, which may turn out to belong to an - as of yet unidentified - unburnt mud-brick wall.
